Our classes are held in our private fitness studio located at 26 East Main Street in Moorestown, NJ. Please call for directions.
What type of equipment do I need to bring?
Absolutely nothing! All equipment is provided for you. Our studio is equipped for each member to have access to their own set of equipment.
How long is each session and how often do we meet?
Each camp session is 1 hour in length. Workouts are nightly Monday-Thursday and Friday mornings.
Do I need to be in good physical condition to join your group fitness boot camps?
Absolutely not. It is our job to take you from your current level of physical fitness and safely bring you to a level of increased strength, endurance, and flexibility.
I have a friend of family member that is at a different level of physical fitness than I am, can they still join my class?
Yes, they can join the same class. We recognize that everyone has a different level of physical fitness and therefore create an environment in our classes that allows for these varying levels of fitness.
